LOCK IN A YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP AT THE CURRENT RATES!
After many years with no change, we must raise the cost of membership
at some levels to keep pace with increasing operational expenses.
New
prices go into effect on November 3.
Please note changes below:
Youth (Student) increases by $5, to $40 (from $35)
Senior increases by $10, to $50 (from $40)
Individual increases by $10, to $75 (from $65)
Dual increases by $15, to $115 (from $100)
Film Buff increases by $15 to $175 ( from $160)
No changes at other levels.
SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR CURRENT MEMBERS
If you renew early – at least 45 days before your current membership
expires– we’ll also give you an extra month FREE! That’s 13 months of
great benefits for the price of 12.
This special promotion ends November 2.

MEMBERSHIP TOPICS AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
● How do I get the member price on tickets?
Just bring your membership and show it at the Box Office to get your discount, or add your membership ID number to the username account you set up for purchasing tickets online.
● How can I avoid being sold out or be sure that I have a seat for a screening?
We recommend that you purchase tickets online in advance to be assured a seat – particularly for weekend evenings and one-time events. It's convenient and easy! You can also purchase your tickets in advance at the Box Office for any scheduled screening. We cannot take phone reservations for tickets. ● What if I lose my membership card?
If you lose your card and need a replacement card, contact Membership or stop by the Theater. There is an administrative fee of $5.
● How do I receive special announcements and invitations for members? Many of our special announcements and complimentary ticket offers for members go out via email. Make sure we have your current email address in your membership record (this is completely separate from your weekly e-bulletin registration). If you’re not sure whether we have it, just email us your address to membership@burnsfilmcenter.org.
● How do I learn about the current weekly schedule, last-minute changes and new programs that I don’t see listed in your printed calendar?
Be sure that you register for free weekly e-bulletins which come out every Thursday with late-breaking news, details on the new films we add every week and last-minute schedule changes. Also be sure to add the three addresses listed below to be sure that your e-bulletin is not blocked as spam.
● I don’t receive the weekly e-bulletins from you or special announcements, even though I’ve given you my current email address, what can I do?
Be sure that your Internet service provider is not blocking messages from us as spam - to help ensure that this does not happen, add these three addresses to your email Address Book, Contacts or Safe List:
